Pharmaceutical wholesale distribution
We distribute medicines through controlled logistics chains, in strict compliance with the storage, handling and transport requirements of the pharmaceutical industry.
Wholesale distribution of medicines is not about moving boxes from one warehouse to another. Every pharmaceutical product has storage conditions defined by its manufacturer, a batch number that must be tracked and documentation that must accompany it all the way to the recipient. Our distribution service is built precisely around these requirements.
Who we work with
We work with pharmaceutical manufacturers and marketing authorisation holders (MAHs) that need a distribution partner in Romania, and with commercial partners looking for a rigorous supplier for medicine portfolios. We operate under Wholesale Distribution Authorisation no. 716D, issued by ANMDMR for the procurement and supply of medicines for human use authorised in the European Economic Area, including cold chain products (2–8 °C).
Receiving, storage and order preparation take place through a licensed distribution site (wholesale distribution authorisation no. 195D) in Bucharest, District 4, under a custody and logistics services agreement — within our quality system and supervised by our Responsible Person, a licensed pharmacist.
How we keep distribution quality under control
We hold GDP Certificate no. 011/2026/RO, issued by ANMDMR following the December 2025 inspection, and we apply the principles of Good Distribution Practice at every stage: receiving includes checks of integrity, batch numbers and expiry dates; products are stored in temperature-controlled, monitored zones (15–25 °C for room-temperature products, 2–8 °C for cold chain items); stock is managed on a FEFO basis (first expired, first out), so the shortest-dated products always leave first.
Every delivery leaves with its traceability documents: dispatch note, batch number and expiry for each product and, on request, the temperature history of the transport. If a batch recall occurs, we can quickly identify where each unit went — because that information already exists in our records and never has to be reconstructed.

Frequently asked questions
What types of products can you distribute?
Medicines for human use requiring room-temperature storage (15–25 °C) or refrigeration (2–8 °C). For special requirements — for instance controlled products or atypical volumes — we assess each request individually and confirm capability before contracting.
How do you maintain temperature conditions during transport?
We use qualified packaging and vehicles suited to the required temperature range, and temperature is recorded throughout transport. On delivery, the history can be made available to the recipient.
What documents accompany each delivery?
Every delivery leaves with a dispatch note and the record of batch numbers and expiry dates for the products supplied. On request, we also attach the temperature history of the transport.
Can you handle distribution to pharmacies and hospitals?
Yes — we build delivery channels around each partner network, from deliveries to regional depots through to final points such as pharmacies or healthcare units.
