Temperature-controlled pharmaceutical logistics
We manage national and international transport of pharmaceutical products, including the cold chain, with continuous monitoring and planned contingencies.

A medicine that was correctly manufactured and correctly stored can be compromised within hours by the wrong transport. That is why we treat logistics not as an auxiliary service but as a critical component of product quality — with the same rules, the same monitoring and the same documentation as storage.
Temperature-controlled transport
We manage national and international transport for pharmaceutical products in both standard temperature regimes: 15–25 °C for room-temperature products and 2–8 °C for the cold chain. Every shipment uses qualified packaging sized for the actual duration of the route, and temperature is recorded with dedicated equipment from pick-up to handover.
Planning and contingencies
Before every sensitive shipment we plan the route, the transit points and the fallback scenarios: what happens if a flight is cancelled, a vehicle breaks down, or the delivery cannot be received. For temperature-sensitive products, the difference between an avoided excursion and one discovered after the fact is precisely this planning.
Documentation and handover
At the end of each transport we hand over the documents that matter for your records: delivery confirmation, temperature history and, on request, interim monitoring reports. For recurring flows we build procedures agreed together, so every delivery follows the same verifiable standard.

Frequently asked questions
What temperature ranges can you provide?
The industry-standard regimes: 2–8 °C for the cold chain and 15–25 °C for room-temperature products. For special requirements we confirm the technical solution before contracting.
How do we know if a temperature deviation occurred?
Temperature is recorded continuously with dedicated equipment and the history is handed over at delivery. Any deviation is visible in the data and communicated immediately, together with its circumstances.
Do you cover international transport?
Yes — we manage import and export flows within the European Union, including comparator medicines destined for clinical trials.
Can you handle urgent shipments?
For critical situations — for example a trial site running out of stock — we look for the fastest feasible solution and tell you from the start what is realistic to promise.
